Welcome to BUSINESS WELLNESS, a morning of yogic bliss, healthy brunch, and nourishing business connections!
It’s easy to get so caught up in our work that we forget to take care of our most important resource: ourselves. Give yourself a nourishing break to meet like-minded women working remotely or running their own businesses, exchange ideas and knowledge, and leave energised and inspired! Following a quick round of introductions, we’ll open the floor to a group discussion.
Our topic will be centred around how to optimise our social media and phone use while minimising distraction and overwhelm. How many of us are using AI save time? It will be a space to explore what’s coming up for us, share our challenges and wins, and swap tools to boost our productivity, wellbeing, and outcomes. Please come with questions, thoughts, and anything that has helped you stay in balance. Agenda:
09:30: 1 hour of Vinyasa yoga with Sarah in the wellness studio upstairs (optional)
10:30: Gather downstairs at the bar, make your healthy breakfast bowl, grab a coffee or tea & juice
11:00: Head to the Winter Lounge with our brunch, introduce our business or project and dive into our discussion
12:00: Time to mingle and network with other members, stay afterwards for as long as you want
